Fight. Dream. Hope. Love.

I’ve learn a lot of France history watching Les Misérables (2012) the other day. Based on the novel (haven’t read) by Victor Hugo and the movie directed by Tom Hooper, Les Misérables travels with prisoner- on- parole, 24601, Jean Valjean (Hugh Jackman) after he is freed from Inspector Javert (Russell Crowe) in 1815. Valjean breaks his parole and decided to live on an entirely new identity. After 8 years, he is a mayor of a town in France and owner of a factory in that town. One of the workers, Fantine (Anne Hathaway) blames Valjean for her being cast into a life of prostitution to pay money to the evil innkeeper, Thénardier (Sacha Baron Cohen) and his wife who look after her child, Cosette (Amanda Seyfried). After Fantine died, Valjean promises to take care of the child — though he must first escape Javert. Later, when Cosette is grown fell in love with a student of the rebellion, Marius (Eddie Redmayne). The people sing of their anger and Enjolras (Aaron Tveit) leads the students to fight upon the barricades.
The saddest part of the movie is when Javert committed suicide. Why, because Javert originally was born in a prison with all those thieves and murderers. Valjean and the rest of the rebellions caught Javert on the scene of the battle. Valjean set him free and didn't blame him for the five years in prison for just stealing a piece of bread as it was Javert’s duty as an Inspector. Russell Crowe is just perfect for this role, infect HE IS JAVERT. He also did a really good job singing Stars.

 Characters I like most:
1) Javert
2) Enjolras
3) Thénardier

Lastly, let's hear a really good song.

Thor: The Dark World

Recently, I've watched Thor: The Dark World. It is the best superhero movie so far. Do you guys know that almost every single thing you see in the movie is based on the original creator of Thor, Stan Lee and Jack ‘The King’ Kirby from the very first appearance in Journey Into Mystery #83! First things first, the heroes or the good guys. Thor (Chris Hemsworth) is obviously the hero in this second movie where you get to see him in a really heroic way tying to save the universe from the baddie Malekith (Christopher Eccleston), the leader of the dark elves who is unleashing the Aether.

The second baddie is Kurse which is created by the number one most powerful character in the Marvel Universe, the Beyonder in Secret Wars 2. It’s the first time on screen where you get to see The Collector,Yggdrasil or the Odin Tree. I can’t believe my own eyes that I actually saw The Collector on screen. For those who don't know, The Collector likes to collect things throughout the universe like Superman’s Fortress of Solitude where he helps to preserve the beings from another planet that extinct. The Collector is also one of the elder who keep the Infinity Gems. There are a lot to read to finally understand the whole concept of the movie and the characters in it.

Oh, almost forgot the most important person in this movie, one of the nicest people in Comic Con and one of the best British actors, LOKI (Tom Hiddleston)!!! Don’t you think is weird that Thor is obviously the good guy in this movie and yet there are fans just crazy about Loki? I mean seriously he is even more famous than Thor in ‘Thor’. They should also just change the title of the movie to (once again) LOKI. But just face reality that instead of Thor, we choose Loki to be the hero (like Thanos). He is really good in this movie compare to the first movie and Avengers.

Exams Over !!!

Now that exams over, I have a lot of free time. So, I watched Pacific Rim 3 times. It was surprisingly good. If you ask me to tell you the whole movie, I can. But, its better you watch it yourself. Well, it has fantasy, aliens and HUGE robots.

Books that I want to read.
1) Infinity by Brian Michael Bendis
2) Infinity War by Jim Starlin
3) Infinity Crusade book 1&2 By Jim Starlin
4) Warlock by Jim Starlin

Now, you finally know why I use the word "Infinity" as my blog title. These books are mostly from Marvel Comics in the 80's (except Infinity). The 80's is the time when the world comes out with Transformers, G.I. Joe, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and all sorts of AWESOME and CREATIVE things. If I were to invent a time machine, I would probably go back to that time (eventhough I was not born yet).
